EU-OSHA/CA/12/01 - Campaigns Manager (FGIV – six month contract)
Overall purpose
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in communication and campaign management preferably in the field of occupational safety and health and at a European or international level. The jobholder will be responsible for the management of the Healthy Workplaces Campaign for a period of some six months non-renewable.
Main duties
Under the responsibility of the Communication and Promotion Head of Unit, the Campaigns Manager will be responsible for:
Overall coordination and management of the Healthy Workplaces Campaign activities including:
- Coordination, management, planning and budgetary overview of the campaign
- Management of the European Campaign Assistance Package to support national focal point information and campaign activities in compliance with EU regulations
- Coordination of the Official Campaign Partnership programme
- Internal coordination within the Agency (across units) via regular internal meetings of the Agency’s Healthy Workplaces Campaign planning group to ensure sharing of information and effective collaboration against the same planning
- Coordination of the information flow / reporting to Agency network, Board and Bureau and campaign partners including extranet workspace and communication platform management
- Project, financial and contractual management of Healthy Workplaces Campaign and European Campaign Assistance Package
- Communication and promotion of the campaign to a broad variety of audiences, including European and national level policy-makers, the research community and others working in the field of OSH, and the media.
The Campaigns Manager may undertake other tasks related to the post assigned by the Head of Unit.
