With effect from 1st September 2011, the Supervisory Board of primion Technology AG has appointed Jürgen Dumont as the new CFO of the company. The 42 year old Business Graduate has many years of management experience, both inside and outside Germany.

Jürgen Dumont studied Business Management at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. His career to date has included working as an Auditor and Tax Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers AG in Dusseldorf und Tokyo, where he lived for five years. His last position before joining primion as CFO was as a Senior Vice President of Nero AG, where he was responsible for the company's financial affairs.

Jürgen Dumont: "primion is going through an exciting phase in its development and as CFO I am delighted to be able to play a significant role in defining the course of the company's future path. Here it will be vital to define clear goals and to implement them consistently across the board."

Over many years, primion has built up a good reputation with its customer base as a reliable partner for holistic security technology, comments Dumont. This is mirrored most impressively by the major projects that the company has implemented and continues to acquire. In conclusion: "In my function as CFO my core activities will be to increase profitability and to grow our market share further."
