Scanvest, Baudisch and Zenitel Launch Joint Venture for High‐Tech VoIP Solutions

Communication and security specialists Scanvest, Baudisch Electronic and Zenitel Norway today announced a joint venture aimed at providing high-tech VoIP systems and solutions for many applications. The new venture, StentofonBaudisch GmbH, based in Wäschenbeuren, Germany, complements the globally successful offerings from the three companies: quality products, development and design expertise, strategic distribution and exceptional sales and marketing experience.


The company's goal is to develop new products through innovative collaboration by offering the following security and communication products:



  • VoIP Products with IP Video Integration

  • RFID and Access Control

  • Communication Panels with Touch-Interface

StentofonBaudisch develops products that allow customers, such as IP-PBX system vendors, to implement exceptional solutions for their projects. Whether it's explosion-proof SIP intercoms required for industrial environments, SIP intercoms for hospital operating rooms, or SIP door intercoms with IP video for office buildings - the possibilities are endless and create a competitive advantage for the customer.


"With the establishment of StentofonBaudisch, we have taken recent years of market development into account and have created an extensive, powerful product offering. With this joint venture, we can meet customer requirements faster and with more flexibility in every industry and for all applications," said Peter Baudisch, Managing Director of Baudisch Electronic GmbH. Three experienced directors, Christian Müller, Peter Baudisch and Hanne Eriksen, lead the company. Their core responsibilities include:



  • Christian Müller (Scanvest) - Marketing and Sales Germany

  • Peter Baudisch (Baudisch Electronic) - Technology, Development and Distribution

  • Hanne Eriksen (Zenitel Norway) - International Sales

CeBIT 2012 will be the first exhibit of the company: The combined portfolio of StentofonBaudisch will be presented there.

On the GFT-booth in Hall 13 visitors can experience the advantages of the product range and acquaint themselves with the company.
