Samsung and Allnet agree distribution partnership
Allnet has been appointed a distributor for Samsung's complete range of IP based access control and video surveillance products. Samsung's comprehensive portfolio of IP products includes a recently introduced series of HD network cameras and domes which have a price point that make them affordable for the majority of office and retail video surveillance projects. All of the new seven ONVIF compliant models support H.264 and MJPEG compression methods to provide the option to simultaneously transmit images to multiple locations at various frame rates. more
Everfocus 16-channel H.264 DVR
The 16-channel MPEG-4 DVR "Paragon 16" was phased out as of 31 December 2011. Its successor, the 16-channel H.264 DVR ENDEAVOR 264L4-16, offers D1 real time recording rate for all cameras and D1 real time playback rate for 8 cameras. The ENDEAVOR 264L4-16 is equipped with numerous video outputs including a HDMI video output (1080p) and offers simultaneous main streaming (400 IPS D1) and second streaming. Geutebruck's new multi-standard software does not only allows all M-JPEG and H.264 based standard digital compression processes – including specialist video surveillance ones like MPEG4 CCTV, H264 CCTV – to be used in the same system. It also supports Onvif-compliant IP cameras and 16/9 HD-format cameras as well as analogue, digital and megapixel ones.
