The museum was built in 1917 during the British Raj to house historical artefacts found in and around Patna. It is now the state museum of Bihar, India's third most populous state, located in the east of the country. The valuable items on display include archaeological objects, coins, paintings, instruments, textiles, paintings, bronze sculptures and terracotta images of Hindu and Buddhist artists.

An IndigoVision IP Video surveillance solution has been deployed at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium, near Rustenburg, South Africa as part of a multi-million Dollar security upgrade for the recent 2010 Football World Cup. The 42,000 capacity stadium was one of the 10 venues used to stage the World Cup finals and was also used to host the Confederations Cup in 2009.

IndigoVision, the leading supplier of complete IP Video solutions, has released an upgrade to its 11000 series High Definition (HD) IP camera range enabling real time motion analytics to run in the camera. This includes the popular Activity Control Framerate (ACF) function that is common to all the company's IP cameras.
The 11000 HD fixed and HD PTZ IP cameras can now offer both ACF and motion detection analytics. ACF controls the framerate of the camera video stream based on the amount of motion in the scene.

IndigoVision has announced an increase in worldwide revenues at the same time increasing engineering spend by a third over the same period. The company, in its results for the year ending July 2010, reported an increase in total product revenues of 6% to a record £28.0m ($44.5m) and operating profits down by 6% to £3.1m ($4.9m).
The increasing spend on R&D has resulted in a number of significant product launches in the last year. Two new High Definition (HD) models have been added to the company's increasingly popular range of IP cameras.
