Milestone doubles UK team and opens new offices in Midlands

Milestone Systems, the open platform company in IP video management software (VMS), has opened a new UK office complete with large demonstration area and training room in Derby in the Midlands. It has also doubled its UK team to six in the last few months and expects to boost this number again before the end of 2011. more

Milestone XProtect Device Pack 5.4 has been released

Milestone XProtect Device Pack 5.4 has been released and delivers support for new devices and updated support for existing devices.
The Device Pack Release Notes contain an exhaustive list of devices and supported firmware, changes, and issues solved, as well as an upgrade guide for the different XProtect systems. Milestone: Record Growth

Danish Milestone Systems A/S today released its 2010 accounts, which show a 56 percent increase in revenue to DKK 217.2M (€29.2M) from DKK 139.4M (€18.7M) in 2009. EBITDA more than doubled to DKK 54.1M (€7.3M) from DKK 24.4M (€3.3M) in 2009, with earnings of DKK 21.5M (€2.9M) compared to DKK 3.9M (€0.5M) in the previous year. more

The Milestone Device Support Team recently released the XProtect Device Pack 5.3, which incorporates the ALBERT system into their list of interoperable products.
