In the case of a fire there must be no doubt as to the location of the key. Much depends on how fast the fire brigade can get through to the source of the fire. Using a fire-brigade key depot, hitherto known as a fire brigade key box, the fire brigade can immediately gain access to the building without having to cause further damage as a result of entry by force.

Using the SMZ Web fault reporting system, alarm systems and the entire range of buildings technology can be monitored & controlled by computer around the clock. Including an integrated web server and TCP/IP connection to link up with the local LAN or Internet. SMZ is supplied in a wall-mounting casing, and can be expanded in octuple modules for up to 32 signals. The installation can be subsequently expanded to 96 signals at any time. The octuple input cards can be flexibly configured per input, whereby 23 different input types are available.
