Verint Systems announced the launch of a library of three-dimensional, dynamic Building Information Modeling (BIM) objects for its Nextiva IP camera portfolio. Designed to provide architects, engineers, consultants and security specifiers with security product options during the planning, design and specification stages of projects, the Verint library of BIM objects enables users to select and specify Nextiva IP cameras in designs, drawings and specifications of enterprise and critical infrastructure projects.

Verint Systems today announced that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) awarded Verint Video Intelligence Solutions with a security contract in July 2011 for which it will supply IP video solutions to the World Trade Center (WTC) Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) Transportation Hub.

Verint Systems announced that Shanghai International Financial Centre (IFC) situated in Pudong Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone is implementing the Nextiva IP video portfolio from Verint Video Intelligence Solutions. Part of a multi-phased technology deployment, Shanghai IFC has begun using Verint security solutions to help secure its 70 floor twin towers, which are 260 meters and 250 meters in height respectively, office buildings, hotels, apartments and shopping malls.
