Behind the Scenes at Uniqlo

A classy gala party marked the opening of Uniqlo's European flagship store in the trendy Opera District of Paris, on Rue Scribe only steps away from the famed Paris Opera House, Palais Garnier. Uniqlo is Japan‘s leading clothing retail chain with more than 800 stores currently open. The multi-level 2,100 m2 flagship store features innovative digital signage as an integral element of its merchandising strategy. Panasonic iPro box and dome cameras and wrap-around LED panels as well as 53 of Panasonic Visual Display Europe's plasma displays are integrated into the interior design. more

Bosch Security Systems Chairman Gert van Iperen with positive outlook

In the press conference at Security Essen show 2010 Gert van Iperen, Chairman of the Board of Management of the Robert Bosch GmbH Security Systems Division gave a positive outlok for the security market in 2010 and 2011. In the Asia Pacific region Bosch is expecting a welcome rejuvenation in the market development and a growth rate of 14 percent in 2010. In Latin America, van Iperen expects the market to grow by eleven percent. more

Against a consistently difficult economic background, in the first six months of the 2009/10 year under review Mobotix was able to achieve an increase in turnover of about 9%, to € 23.9 million. These good figures were crucially aided by the successful product launch of the Q24 camera line, Mx2wire technology and a continued growth in export trade. more
