Jennifer Rudder has been appointed as the new Finance Director for Apollo Fire Detectors Ltd and will be responsible for the company’s global finance and IT teams.

Originally from Missouri, USA, Jennifer has held a number of international roles in finance, IT and HR. Most recently Jennifer worked at Loma Systems in the UK, a division of Illinois Tool Works (ITW), where she was responsible for global finance and UK Inside Sales. Prior to relocating to the UK to join Loma Systems, Jennifer held various roles at the ABB Group, the multinational technology corporation, where she began as an accounts controller in the Missouri power transformer manufacturing arm and rose to a leading role in the global HQ in Zurich, Switzerland.

Manufacturing is in Jennifer’s blood, so she’s delighted to join a company that takes great pride in its research, development and manufacturing capabilities. Jennifer’s love of building and making things is reflected in her career path, she built and raced cars while running the family construction firm for many years before joining ABB. 

With a Degree in Biology and a Masters in Accounting, Jennifer’s wealth of financial expertise, and her track record in project management, makes her a valuable addition to the Apollo management team.
