Savonlinna town hall has upgraded its locking solution with the iLOQ S5 access control system. BLC Turva installed a self-locking system on the entire property.

“We are very satisfied with our new locking system. Thanks to iLOQ’s solution, we can more effectively manage employee access to the property. The newly launched iLOQ S5 system allows you to, for example, remotely remove lost keys from the system, keeping security levels up to date. Access can be granted separately to common areas, offices, warehouses, etc. All necessary access rights can be programmed to the one key that employees use when moving around the town hall,” explains Timo Konsti, Real Estate Manager at the City of Savonlinna.

“We mapped out the current and future needs of Savonlinna’s town hall regarding access control. We also went through all that the iLOQ S5 access control system offers and then designed the system to meet the customer’s needs. The project involved close cooperation between us and the customer while developing the plans and schedules. The new iLOQ S5 access control system has already been in use, and the customer has been very pleased with the benefits that digital locking has brought them,” states Joni Liukkonen, Sales Manager, BLC Turva Savonlinna.
