Samsung's new SCD-2020, SCD-2021 and SCD-2040 fixed focal domes are designed to replace the highly successful SID-47, SID-48 & SID-49 domes.

The three new competitively priced compact domes incorporate Samsung's W-5 DSP chipset and as such are equipped with a long list of features which include a BNC coaxial output for local set up or monitoring, eight motion detection zones, twelve privacy masking zones and a fourteen language on-screen display menu. The SCD-2020 is supplied with a 3.7mm lens, the SCD-2040 with an 8mm lens and the SCD-2021 with both to offer installation flexibility. All three domes are equipped with a colour/monochrome camera on a 3-axis bracket, which has the capability to capture high quality colour images at 600TV lines resolution at lighting levels are as low as 0.15 Lux sensitivity and the ability to be wall, ceiling and angle mounted. Additional features include Samsung Super Noise Reduction (SSNRIII) technology and Samsung Super Dynamic Range (SSDR), which automatically lightens the dark areas across the entire scene whilst maintaining the brighter areas at the same level.  This ensures that the dark areas become more visible, allowing the operator to 'view' objects in the shadows.

Available from all Samsung distributors, the SCD-2020, SCD-2021 and SCD-2040 are offered with free system design, free technical support and a full three-year warranty.
