At the forefront of innovative design in access control, Codelocks has launched its first electronic codelock suitable for glass doors.
The new CL4000GD is designed to be easily fitted as either a new installation or as a quick retrofit, being a straight replacement for existing Rondo type glass door patch lever sets.

The medium duty patch fitting electronic lock, complete with latch and full size lever handles, provides simple effective access control and boasts a number of advantages over a key system. The lock is fully programmable in seconds on the door via the keypad using the Master Code.
When using codes for entry they can be 4, 5 or 6 digits long, providing a possible 1,110,000 code combinations. The lock memory will store up to 80 different user codes and allow up to 10 one-time user codes to be entered. Individual codes can be suspended or deleted. Code free mode can be set electronically at the keypad or mechanically by means of the override key.
The lock does not require an external power supply, operating from 4 AA cells with a life of over 200,000 operations. A low battery warning signals when the batteries need to be replaced. The CL4000GD also has master code option that if set will result in the blue or red LED flash to show at a glance if the lock is open or locked. The CL4000GD is available in a PVD hardwearing and low maintenance brushed stainless steel finish.
