Unlike traditional stretchers, the solution is specifically designed to stay with the injured person throughout their journey for comfort and onward travel. It is manufactured from tough, waterproof, washable, reinforced material with a plastic board neck support. The flexible plastic board adapts to the Evac+Chair and injured person for comfort throughout the entire journey.
