As a component of the IF 6040 system, Interflex has developed a multi-level, completely paperless approval workflow for online and offline access control. Employees can now submit an access right request for certain times, doors, areas, or locations directly from their computers.

The new web application arranges and speeds up procedures, increases the productivity, flexibility, and transparency of the assignment of permissions, eliminates the risk of transmission errors, reduces the costs of printing and helps our environment by eliminating the use of paper. Above all, standards are set by the universal applicability in various processes for the verification of information, such as e.g. a data import from a parent system.
